They will be conducted in the form of Situational Role Plays. Reflecting real life situations. Helping Nurses face their patients in their daily lives.
Every aspect will be discussed appropiately.

This is a great idea. There are many people in the hospital that would benefit from being able to communicate with the patients. It will help the patients to know what is expected from them and what to expect next. Even at a basic level this helps to relieve the patient’s anxiety and to serve them better. Great idea. I will tell everyone I work with.
